We keep looking for solutions, ignoring the fact that every “solution” is an approximation to the Final Solution. Every attempt to control has only one direction and only one outcome.
We want to convince. We argue points. We need to be right.
Three examples of the "Royal We." It’s always just “I.”
We insist that we understand and deserve to be understood. “If only they would see….”
There’s always some dupe whose delusions should be impossible to ignore; but then? These seem to be impossibly invisible to so many people….
The stories keep flooding in.
We hear that a lot. What does it mean?
We hear “stories” and assume that means tales of “what’s happening.”
What if it’s…, what if all the stories, all the opinions, all the codified assumptions are just ways for Thought to defend itself?
What has me most spooked?
The latest atrocities?
The acceptance of business as usual right to the edge of the abyss?
It’s the stories. Knowing that no lessons are, or will be, learned.
There is no interest in acknowledging fundamental errors. Just peeling back whatever we disagree with from the general horror and being “against it!” The rest?
Will be ready for the next time.
Ready for the next time.
